What it is.

A single deterministic processing backbone running emitter detection, direction-of-arrival estimation, distributed-sensor fusion, geolocation, and track-before-detect. The TSD DOA Engine sits inside it as the primary localization stage.

Operates entirely passively — no transmit emissions, no cooperative beacons, no learned model in the critical path. The same algorithmic properties that make the DOA stage CRB-efficient propagate through the rest of the pipeline.

Designed for sub-millisecond end-to-end latency on commodity multi-channel SDR front ends. Discrimination is architectural rather than threshold-tuned, so detection performance is stable across noise floors that move under operational conditions.
